Coastal Cancer Center

About Us Coastal Cancer Center’s commitment to the community began in 1982 when they started offering their extensive services to both year-round and seasonal residents at their conscientious practice. Over the years, they’ve grown to become a community center whose homey environment is open to everyone looking for consistent and compassionate medical care.

To provide the highest quality and most convenient services, Coastal Cancer Center has an in-house pharmacy to fill prescriptions; in-house imaging that includes PET, CT, and X-rays; as well as an in-house lab and specialty hematology testing (flow cytometry). With infusion centers in each of their clinics and providers having privileges at all area hospitals, they can provide the best quality care. Coastal Cancer Center also is a Quality Oncology Practice Initiative (QOPI) certified practice.

Patient Testimonials

“I was diagnosed with cancer in January of 2024 and have been under the care of Doctor Ali and Doctor Zaenger. Doctor Ali took a lot of time to explain my diagnosis and the treatment. I am impressed with her compassion along with her nurse, Maryann and the entire staff at the Coastal Cancer Center. Doctor Zaenger, radiation oncologist has treated me and he and his staff are always professional. I feel very fortunate to have Doctors, Nurses and supporting staff that truly understand our journey.”
Don Peter

“Dr. Touloukian, Mary Taylor and entire staff are absolutely the best & amazing. I moved here 2 years ago and I’m so happy to find them. I feel 100% confident that I am in the best hands. I had breast cancer and she is the best doctor. The whole staff starting with the front desk, to the nurses and doctors makes you feel so comfortable. I had a recent scare and Dr. Touloukian was beyond helpful and was so on top of everything. Mary Taylor even called me twice to reassure me it will be okay and let me know I’m im good hands & that they will care for me no matter the outcome. I’m so grateful and blessed. Thank you Coastal Cancer.”
Courtney Diana

They call me to check on how I’m doing, make sure my refills are on time, send my refills to their Murrells inlet office and help me find assistance with the costs which are higher than my income. I’ve never received such personal caring help from a pharmacy before. Thank you!”
