Shem Creek Health Center, located on the twenty-four-acre campus of South Bay at Mt. Pleasant, offers a full range of health care services to meet the needs of the individual. Offering in-patient and out-patient rehabilitation, assisted living, memory care, and skilled nursing care, the staff of Shem Creek provides services for not only the residents of South Bay but also the surrounding Mount Pleasant area.
Meet Dr Haley
Dr. Sean P. Haley, M.D. MPH, is a family medicine physician specializing in full-spectrum care and public health. He earned his Bachelors of Science in Biology from Syracuse University, a Master’s degree in Public Health from Syracuse University and SUNY Upstate Medical University, and a Doctorate in Medicine from SUNY Upstate Medical University where he was inducted into the Gold Humanism Society. Dr. Haley completed residency training in family medicine at Trident/MUSC Family Medicine Residency in Charleston and served as Chief Resident. His clinical interest areas include preventive medicine, chronic disease management, community medicine, population health, public health, and global and under-served care. He has extensive experience working in the not-for-profit sphere within community development and with the resettled refugee population. He is an active supporter of Young Life in Charleston.
