We’d like to thank everyone who participated in Best in Health 2025 voting for the Charleston area’s favorite doctors, therapists, trainers, pharmacists and more so we know who is keeping Charleston Healthy! 

Voting Requirements

  • Must be 18 years of age.
  • One ballot per person/email.
  • We will not sell your email address to any 3rd party.
  • Voting ends March 18, 2026.
  • Only vote for businesses in Charleston, Dorchester, & Berkeley counties
  • Must vote in at least three categories.
  • Must clearly indicate the name of the company or doctor for whom you are voting.
  • No Nomination Period. All votes are final.
