Dr. Matthew Murrin encompasses an abundance of knowledge stemming from his studies at University of New Brunswick (where he attained his Bachelors of Science in Kinesiology) and also served as professor in exercise physiology while pursuing a Master’s degree. His passion and insatiable thirst for knowledge when it came to the human body and all of it’s functions was fine tuned when he decided to complete his studies at Palmer Chiropractic College in Davenport, Iowa. Since then he has practiced in Indianapolis, Indiana working side by side with the Colt’s, as well as practicing in Bolivia offering his services to children and adults of all ages. He has now been changing lives in Mt. Pleasant, SC for seven years, and couldn’t be happier with the feel of a “family practice”. His goal is to always extend his reach and help any and all that he can. You will find not only the physical relief you may be seeking, but also a family who will invite you into their office home and greet with you a smile every visit! Life is good!
About Dr. Matthew Murrin
Dr. Murrin is an active athlete and former bodybuilder with a certification in Exercise Physiology. As a Professional Fitness and Lifestyle Consultant (PFLC), a Certified Fitness Consultant (CFC) and Certified Exercise Physiologist (CEP), he sees professional athletes from the NFL and UFC, college basketball teams, and Olympic gymnasts and swimmers. If you want to return safely from an injury without being sidelined from your sport, or simply reach the greatest possible performance levels, Dr. Murrin is well-qualified to assist you.
Dr. Matthew Murrin graduated magna cum laude from Palmer College of Chiropractic in Davenport, Iowa. With a bachelor and master’s degree in Exercise Science to complement his Doctor of Chiropractic, he entered practice in Indianapolis. It was there that Dr. Murrin first became recognized as an elite athlete chiropractor, working with professional athletes like the Indianapolis Colts, UFC fighters, Olympic athletes and college athletes.
