Care increments are available for 4 to 24 hours per day.
Specialty Care; 24/7 & total care; hospice assistance, Alzheimer’s and dementia support, post-surgical recovery, respite care, neurology specialty care, movement and behavioral disorders.
Administrative Care; Coordination and oversight of health services, LTC insurance partnership, obtaining medical equipment, care manager assistance, appointment and procedure attendance.

Julie has had an extensive career in both clinical nursing and administration spanning nearly thirty years. She was drawn to Senior Care after her mother’s battle with cancer, where she took on the greatest role of her life as her mom’s full-time caregiver. This ignited a new passion, and Julie found her new home with Commonwise Home Care as the Care Manager. Julie has worked tirelessly to help build an infrastructure of Care that truly supports our area’s seniors. Julie is also on the Board of Directors for Lowcountry Senior Network and is very involved in the Senior Care Industry of Charleston.

Commonwise Staff is excellent! They respond quickly to every changing situations with seniors. All of the caretakers were kind and attentive to my mom. They worked within her abilities. They kept her busy with activities as well as cleaning her apartment, doing laundry, helping with showers and talking with her.
