Describe the moment or time of life you decided to have a career in medicine.
Watching my aunt, a longtime practice manager, work hard and find joy in helping others inspired me to follow her path into health care.
What routines and habits help you prepare for, or recover from, a day’s challenges?
I stay grounded by planning ahead, staying positive and maintaining a healthy work-life balance that keeps me focused and refreshed.
